LUCIANO VETTORE

Luciano Vettore fu certamente, una delle più lucide menti politico-sindacali della nascente Optometria Europea.

Nato a Padova nel 1914 si trasferisce a Milano dove lavora nella fabbrica di microscopi e lenti oftalmiche "KORITZKA", nel frattempo acquistata da suo fratello e la lascia nel 1939.

Assunto dalla SALMOIRAGHI nel 1940 diviene nel 1941 capo del dipartimento.

Costretto a lasciare la fabbrica nel 1942 per ragioni politiche, partecipa alla lotta partigiana e rientra alla fine 

della guerra.

Dal 1950 al 1953 viene chiamato a far perte del Consiglio di Amministrazione della SALMOIRAGHI.

Diplomato nel 1940 presso la Scuola Professionale di Ottica di Milano diretta dall'Ing. Salvatore Giaquinta (la prima e la sola in Italia che disponesse di una specifica sezione"Ottici Optometristi"), nel 1954 apre a Sondrio il proprio studio di Ottico-Optometrista.

Membro Fondatore della S.O.E.,  dalla fondazione ha sempre fatto parte del Consiglio Arbitrale.

Né à Padoue en 1914, à etè une des esprits les plus lucides de la "Politique Professionelle" de la tut afait nouveau Opometrie Europeenne.

Démènage à Milan où il est engagé comme ouvrier à la fabrique de microscopes Fratelli KORITZKA. Il la quitte en 1938 avec la qualification d’ouvrier spécialisé. De 1938 à 1939, il travaille à la fabrique de son frère qui produit des verres de lunette.

Engagé par SALMOIRAGHI en 1940 il est attaché au servicées de reception des piéces optiques pour les instruments de précision et en 1941, il assume la function de "Chef du Département".

Contraint de quitter la firme en 1942 pour des raisons patriotiques il y rentre de nouveau à la fin de la guerre.

Aprés un bref séjour au bureau des essais optiques il assume la charge de chef du département de la "Division Optique". 

Entre 1950 et 1953, il remplit aussi la charge élevée de secrètaire du Conseil de Gestion de la firme SALMOIRAGHI.

Diplômé de l'École Professionnelle d’Optique de Milan en 1940 il ouvre en 1954 son propre cabinet d’opticien-Optométriste à Sondrio.(Italie)

Membre fondateur de SOE, il  fait partie, depuis sa fondation, du Conseil Arbitral.

Born in Padua (Italy) in 1914, he was undoubtedly one of the most lucid political minds of  the nascent european optometry. 

Moved to Milan where he was employed as a worker at the microscope factory “Fratelli KORITZKA” .

He left in 1938 with the qualification of skilled worker.

From 1938 to 1939 he worked at  his brother’s factory that produces ophtalmic lenses.

Hired by SALMOIRAGHI  in 1940 he was in charge of reception services of optical precision instruments.

He assumed the function of Head of Departement in 1941.

Obliged to leave the firm in 1942 for patriotic reasons, He went back in SALMOIRAGHI at the end of the war.

After a short stay in "Optical testing Office" He took the position of head of the "Department of Optical Division".

Between 1950 and 1953, he also hold the position of Secretary of the Management Board of the company SALMOIRAGHI .

Graduated from the Professional School of Optics of Milan in 1940, he opened in 1954 its own optician - optometrist practice in Sondrio (Italy).

Founder Member of SOE, he was , since its foundation, the Chef of the Arbitration Board.
